made our stay much more enjoyable. Our initial room wasn't what we expected, but the staff quickly accommodated us with a new one. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked well, although the bathroom could use some updating.

Request extra towels upon check-in to avoid delays, as they may take time to be delivered.

Our stay was marred by a lack of cleanliness. The first room we were given was not properly cleaned, with garbage left in the trash can. To make matters worse, my daughter woke up with red welts, indicating there were bedbugs in the sheets. We reported this immediately, but the management offered no apologies or compensation for the distress caused.

The room could have benefited from a thorough cleaning!!! An unpleasant smell lingered in the air, and the lack of working plugs was frustrating!!! A little more attention to detail could go a long way!!!

The staff truly stood out, being responsive and accommodating when we requested a room change. The bed was large and very comfortable, helping us sleep well during our stay. We also appreciated the effective air conditioning unit that kept the room at a pleasant temperature. Many guests liked the central location, and we found it ideal for exploring nearby attractions while having access to parking.

It was just a good pick for a mini-break over the weekend in Tupelo with value for money. The bathroom, although cramped, had decent hot water pressure which made for a refreshing shower. Make sure to check if all the lights work when you arrive.

Free parking and 24-hour reception were great, but lobby was locked for coffee.

Upon arrival, the guy at the front desk was nice,, but that was the only positive. I asked for clean towels and got ones that looked like they hadn’t been washed in weeks.

It definitely wasn't inexpensive, but I expected better.
